Don Fox is Chief Executive Officer of Firehouse of America, LLC, in which he leads the strategic growth of Firehouse Subs, one of America’s leading fast casual restaurant brands. Under his leadership, the brand has grown to more than 1,200 restaurants in 45 states, Puerto Rico and Canada, and is recognized as one of the best franchises in the country. Don sits on various boards of influence in the business and non-profit communities, and is a respected speaker, commentator and published author. He was named Operator of the Year by Nation’s Restaurant News in 2011, joining a long list of restaurant luminaries. Don was ranked No. 1 on FastCasual.com’s 2013 Top 100 Movers & Shakers list and received the prestigious Silver Plate award from the International Food Manufacturers Association (IFMA). He gives back to the restaurant community through active participation on various boards, including the National Restaurant Association (In 2013, he received its Advocacy Leadership Award).
Passionate about traveling to baseball games with his family, Don is also a trumpeter, historian, and a published author. His most notable works are Patton’s Vanguard – The United States Army Fourth Armored Division (published in 2003) and The Final Battles of Patton’s Vanguard (2020).

Vincent Burchianti, Chief Financial Officer, Firehouse Restaurant Group, Inc., protects the core financial model for Firehouse Subs, a frugal company with 2020 revenues of more than $869 million. There were 33 restaurants in the system when he joined the company 20 years ago as Corporate Controller. Since that time, the brand has grown significantly along with Burchianti's leadership as the company surpassed 1,200 restaurants in 2020. Vince served as Vice President of Finance and Technology for four years before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2011. Burchianti's focus is on financial wellness and growth, ensuring Firehouse Subs restaurant owners maximize their return on investment. He also supervises several key franchising divisions, information technology, reporting/analytics and the supply chain services department. His hands-on approach safeguards execution of a global franchise development strategy, the digital and technological needs for the company, as well as, the procurement of $325 million in groceries and equipment.
A fanatic about food and the restaurant biz, Vince loves family time over a hearty meal, as well as attending his kids’ sporting events.
